How Do I Reset My Password on IQ?

Getting Started

Make sure you are using the correct username. For information about retrieving a forgotten username, refer to the Login Troubleshooting article.

Resetting your password

Follow the steps below:

  1. Access IQ

  2. Username

    1. Enter your username

  1. Click on the Trouble Signing In

    1. Click on the Trouble Signing In link on the login page to initiate a password reset or to unlock your account

  1. Select I Forgot My Password

    1. Under the "Please select your issue" prompt, select I forgot my password

  2. Enter Your Username

    1. Enter your username in the field that appears, then click Continue

  1. Two-Factor Authentication

    1. A security code will be sent to your configured multifactor-authentication device (SMS, voice, or authentication app)

  2. Security Code

    1. Enter the security code

  3. Continue

    1. Click continue

  1. New Password

    1. Create a new password
    2. Click continue

  1. Click OK

    1. You will see a message confirming that your password was reset. Click OK

  1. Log In

    1. Use your new password to log in
